On the Road Again....

I'm back!  It looks like my last post did not actually post unfortunately, and I apologize for that.  To catch you up, I have been working hard traveling all over the United States and I'm still loving it.  Last week, I worked at Performance Buick in Chesapeake, VA, and sold three cars.  The week before that, I worked at Randy Reed Chevrolet in St. Joseph, MO and sold two cars.
Traveling lately has really taken its toll on me.  By no means at all am I thinking about discontinuing my career right now in the car business, but when I say the traveling part has taken a toll on me lately, that's exactly what I mean.  Last night, we traveled from Chesapeake, VA to Las Vegas to Lake Havasu City, AZ.  After sleeping the entire time through the first flight which was only an hour long, I was ready to board plane number two from Atlanta to Las Vegas and prepare myself for work in the morning.  Unfortunately for everyone over the age of six this time, the four-hour flight to Vegas felt nothing short of a kindergarten classroom.  I used to teach kindergarten, so I am not trying to complain, but that flight from Atlanta definitely made me reminisce on the days I had 12-14 four-year-olds in the same room screaming for attention.
We arrived in Las Vegas around midnight last night, piled into a 15-passenger van and rode three hours to Lake Havasu City.  By the time I was all nestled in the my bed for the night, it was around 3:30 in the morning.  I got an additional four hours of sleep on top of the sleep I got on the two planes and the van prior to arriving in Lake Havasu.  I came to work on time by 8:30 this morning and didn't get back to the house we rented this week until about 9:30 tonight.  It's now 11:30 and I'm getting ready to return to my bed for the week so I can have a very productive and hopefully sucessful day tomorrow.
I would like to thank everyone for being patient with my blog and staying up with all of my activity as I travel all over this beautiful nation working as a traveling saleswoman.  Whether I have ten followers or ten million followers, it really means a lot to me that people are taking the time to read my blog.  God bless you, and stay tuned for further updates!
Sincerely,
Emily DeMarea
